Open Door Transitions was founded to address a critical gap the space between emergency shelter and full independence. Too many adults, veterans, and returning citizens fall through that gap without the support they need.
We created a structured, dignity-centered housing bridge that gives residents the time, stability, and resources they need to stand on their own two feet.
Our program is not a crisis shelter. We serve individuals who are ready to work toward independence and who commit to our expectations and community standards.
